This may not be "new" but many of my accounts utilize the BT Micro from Bio-Therapeutics. It is similar to a galvanic but without the cords and the client holding part of it, which they always think is weird. You can change the settings to help product penetrate or to exfoliate the skin. Great for those "mini" treatments without all the fluff of a skincare service. They also have a BT Nano which is a masque and a headset with lenses to replace a mag lamp.
